I Love Baby Events!
How exciting are baby events?? It seems to be that time of year again where lots of the big players are offering great deals to compete against each other. Which is great news for us as consumers, because there are some fantastic bargains to be had! Here’s my run down on some of the events coming up. Be quick to grab the bargains!
ALDI (now on!)
The Aldi baby event is great, and always one that we look out for. If – like me – you don’t have one near you and and don’t drive, you can’t usually take advantage of their great value baby stuff. Until the baby event comes around!
First things first – nappies! When the Aldi baby event isn’t on, they have a limited selection of nappies available on their website. When it’s baby event time, the selection drastically improves. I have a baby in size 2 and a toddler in size 6, and we get through nappies like nobodies business in this house!
We have our eye on this fantastic Toddler bed bundle this time around. For just £69.99 you get a beautiful toddler bed and mattress! We’re going to be putting Fred into a “big boy bed” soon, as he’s started making his escape from his cot!
And did you know that you can get free standard delivery on everything on the Aldi website? And if you use this link you can get free nominated day delivery! There’s no minimum spend so if you’re buying a new bed, or just some new teats for your baby bottles, it’s free delivery to your door!
BOOTS (starts 16th August)
Boots regularly have great savings across their mini club range (body suits are just £2 at the moment, in a gorgeous range of funky colours/designs!). There website is a little shocking, admittedly (sort it out Boots!) but it’s still worth going to if you know what you’re looking for.
From 16th August you’ll have four weeks to make the most of big offers on over 1,000 products for bouncing babies and blooming mums. You’ll find great savings in store and online – everything from skincare for big bumps and little bums, to dinners that tiny tums will love! It will include buy one get one free across Pampers and Johnsons products, as well as triple points when you buy 2 SMA Pro products. They have free next day click and collect available (and there’s a Boots everywhere, right?!)
TESCO (now on!)
We’re regular Tesco shoppers. Every week, I give myself a £40 budget and get a delivery of everything we need (food, nappies, formula, the lot). I’m quite good at budgeting and bulk buying too, so this method works for us.
Great deals at the Tesco baby event include half price Pampers and up to half price across some great must-haves including bouncers and high chairs.
The Munchkin travel booster seat is just £17.50 in the sale…
Are there any great baby events on now that I might have missed? Let me know in the comments below!
I love a good baby event too – we’re planning on heading to the Aldi one this Thursday because I’ve got my eye on a fair few bargains 🙂
Good idea keeping an eye when all the deals start there are some great bargains to be had. I find the Tesco sale particularly good, they also sell toys really cheap this time of year meaning you can stock up on presents for the rest of the year at a fraction of the cost
I think Aldi do the best baby event by far! You just can’t beat a bargain!
